Outboard motor rebuild? - outboard rebuild
I can not find a site that offers advice, tips, etc. to build an outboard motor again. The engine is a 70hp Force, and I have a shop manual, but since most people do not know the manual say anything.

I've recently scrapped in 1985 Merc Black Max 150, which was back construction ... Set sail never a good day for the reconstruction - never the right carbohydrates for low-speed connection that would make it very interesting. Fuel filter and it's always a pain in the ass! As a browser temporarily, as most of us ... not start if I wanted.
I recommend everyone reading this outboard to sell your old junk and buy a 4-stroke. Sailing is a quiet and 2-cycle oil flowing through the exhaust of the boat. Oh yeah - Feulen economy doubled or tripled. Simply turn - the key and GO!
Sailing is more fun.
Here is a page of "low cost" of ... Some are new and waste, some turn to the construction, are some demos they use approximately 1 year. With regular maintenance, I have 4 days with 4000 hours listened.
