How can I start bodybuilding with a diet without eating several meals a day? - bodybuilding help

Hello I am a little chubby and want to start a guy who's bodybuilding. I go to the gym in the morning, a few days work a week as needed bodygroups different, but have no time for the six meals a day because it takes a lot of work. Is there a diet for your body might still be used with very good results, but not six meals a day?

u may have to weight the 1st to lose body-fat reduction to start eating! and the gym is the most important thing about the structure of the body! my bf bodybuilders turn fat into muscle u said I do not see my BF like ten cans of tuna a day to take food eaten with red sauce, eat as Mun 2! N nn drinks and protein shakes and carbohydrate-cell mass more!
b4 going to the gym is always a big meal 2 hours for things like B4 chicken with rice and potatoes, but he eats six meals a day n all cans of tuna and all the hand shakes every r fast and well if ur busy!

While what you eat is healthy and you can .. get hungry and binge when they have time to eat, it go with a normal meal and fluids.mainly much water in the form. If your host has to share more than you do, try to have a couple of protein shakes during the day or granola bars and healthy .. Fruit juice instead of coffee or tea, perhaps.

eat more fruits and vegetables and avoid foods high in fat side. I think it is better to eat three meals a day and reach each other or hungry, snack on fruit or nuts.
